| Anyhow, from here on, rather than an illusionary project, this is more like a doujin resulted from Hisayuki being a sore loser. The new enemy "Nexseed" that replaces Gulfer, is a giant living plant the size of a small planet. A star that drifts through space in search for food, in other words, it looks for highly nutritious planets capable of supporting living organisms to devour. That is to say, it is the natural enemy of mankind in accordance to the cosmic ecosystem. Solid plant-like trees known as "Planta", and humanoid soldiers used to exterminate foreign elements known as "Living Flesh/Bodies" surrounding one giant mother tree, are the two seeds that make up the simple yet highly perfected social state. While they are not evil, their natural biological activities make them incompatible with human life. |

| To the Nexseed that craves healthy soil, though outwardly rich, the internally machinized planet of Arctus was not a target of their invasion. To that end, as Earth is their established objective, GEAR's Arctus Visit was a chance to carry out their plan to seal the 2 Great Gears. They have sent a single assassin to Arctus to stop the two Gears in order to buy time for the few weeks it takes for Nexseed to devour a single planet. |
